I love juicy conversations. LOVE.
You know, the conversations where you learn about something completely new, where you dive deep into a subject or you just get reminded of the joy, heartache and resilience of being freakin’ human.
I also love meeting new people and nurturing relationships with ‘old’ ones for no other reason than to connect with interesting people.
That’s why I created Fusion - 15 years ago now - to create the space to do just that … spark ideas, fuel connections with like-minded people.

Is this a networking thing .... ?
If you need to justify attending a lunch, you can call it a networking thing.
You'll certainly connect with leaders from all sorts of backgrounds, tackling interesting challenges.
If I had counted the business relationships and ‘deals’ that had been done thanks to Fusion introductions over the years it would be eye-watering 🥹
(Something to do with my talent (and love) for engineering serendipity, I suspect.)
It's different, and better though ...
If you hate networking events though, rest assured, it’s not really a ‘networking’ event like you know it.
I do all the introductions (so no awkward ‘what do you do’ small talk) and with the help of some intentional conversation starters, and a little bit of magic, the conversations flow easily and relationships are formed quickly ... EVEN if you’re an introvert, are incredibly shy or hate freakin’ small talk.
Fun fact: I can’t remember the last time I saw a business card exchanged at a Fusion event.

Fusion events are open to all ‘like-minded’ people - and no, in this instance, I can’t really ‘define’ like-minded. You're likely humble, impact-minded or maybe even a corporate hippie like me. Or not. Chances are, if you're reading this, you're 'like-minded'.
I do know though that dickheads and twats aren’t like-minded … and somehow they self-identify or aren’t attracted to such an event, because I’ve NEVER had one attend😉
